Today I had the pleasure of shooting this 2 week and 2 day old princess. She was a great baby, and slept 2 ½ hrs straight!!! I was so pleased. Her mommy and granny came to my Chipley Florida portrait studio, from Chattahoochee Florida, and they were just a pleasure to spend the afternoon with.

I have been waiting for the arrival of this little princess for a few weeks now. I have wanted to do this shot for over a year now, and I am SOOO excited I finally got a firefighter as a dad!!! This amazing family came down from Dothan Alabama to come see me, you might remember their maternity session from a few weeks back.
She was quite a stubborn little one and put up quite a fight, but like always I won in the end and get the shots we wanted to get.
I had an amazing vacation in April (I know I am so behind in blogging) The entire trip was for the birth of my first niece. She is absolutely amazing, and perfect in every way. I miss my family so much already, but I am so glad I was able to go down and visit them and be part of the miracle of my nieces’ birth. Here is my favorite maternity and newborn pic from the trip. Isn’t my sister so beautiful! 
Everyone meet my adorable niece Addison Trace. She is the new light of my life. She was born on my daughters 2nd b-day (4-10-09) and is a total princess already. She is a TINY thing at just 5.9lbs and 18in long, but as healthy as can be. She put up quite a fight, but I loved every moment of it. Her big brother is the other light of my life, and pix of him and her are soon to follow in a few weeks. 
Today I had the pleasure of doing Baby N newborn portraits. His adorable momma came over from Bonafy for today's Newborn photo shoot. He was such a great sleeper, and was such a pleasure to photograph. He was so well behaved I was able to get some sweet artistic portraits of him. I am finally finding time to fix my blog. I was hoping to have my blog inside my website by now, but I am not sure how long it will take to have that done, so I need to stop neglecting this blog.. lol I love newborns, anyone can tell you my newborn photography is my passion. baby pictures are so special and I love to capture this moment.
